Sheriff's Office defends release of jail tapes
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says Nick Bollea's calls from jail are public records and that the 17-year-old celebrity has no expectation of privacy when calling out of the jail.

"The records sought to be limited are nonconfidential public records," the Sheriff's Office replay, "with no exemptions applicable."
