Hurricane Irma: Disney World's Night of Joy, Universal's Rock the Universe cancel Saturday concerts Hurricane Irma
Disney World and Universal Orlando have canceled their all-star Christian music festivals on Saturday due to Hurricane Irma.
At Disney World's Night of Joy festival, Saturday's performances, featuring Amy Grant, Steven Curtis Chapman, Crowder and more, have been canceled. Tonight's concerts, featuring MercyMe, TobyMac and more, will go on as planned.
Saturday Night of Joy passholders can exchange their tickets for Friday passes at the ESPN Wide World of Sports box office after 4 p.m. today. Refunds are available for either night. Click here for details.
At Universal Orlando, Rock the Universe has canceled its Saturday performances by Casting Crowns, For King and Country and others. A Sunday morning worship service is also canceled. Friday's concerts by Chris Tomlin, Lauren Daigle, Lecrae and others will go on as planned. Guests with Saturday tickets can come to Friday's show; click here for details.
Other cancellations at Disney World include Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on Sunday; and closures include the Blizzard Beach water park today and Saturday and Fort Wildnerss Resort and Campground starting at 2 p.m. Saturday.
