Things to do in Tampa Bay for Dec. 9

Jingle Ball: Justin Bieber, left, headlines the fourth annual 93.3-FLZ music fest, also featuring pop star Ke$ha, singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran, OneRepublic of Apologize fame, Jamaican rapper-singer Sean Kingston and more. It's at 6 p.m. at Tampa Bay Times Forum in Tampa. $29-$159. (813) 301-2500.

Wheel of Fortune auditions: The 39-foot "Wheelmobile" Winnebago pulls into St. Petersburg in search of contestants for the game show. Show up one hour before a show and receive an application. Just before show time, completed applications will be put into a drum onstage and the host will randomly draw for potential contestants. Shows begin at 2, 3:30 and 5 p.m. today at Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg. Free. (727) 892-5798.

Tampa Theatre Holiday Classic Series: White Christmas: This week's film is the 1954 holiday classic that follows a successful song-and-dance team who become romantically involved with a sister act. It's at 3 p.m. at Tampa Theatre, 711 Franklin St., Tampa. $9, $7 for members. (813) 274-8982. After the movie, head over to Curtis Hixon Park for ice skating at Tampa's Downtown on Ice. Skating begins at noon at 600 N Ashley Drive in Tampa. A 90-minute session is $10. (813) 966-5505.

Kids and Family

Hanukkah Extravaganza: Chabad Jewish Center of Greater St. Petersburg hosts this festival featuring a giant rainbow-colored jelly bean menorah. Activities include an olive oil workshop, crafts, free latkes, a strolling musician, raffles, dance performances, speakers and more starting at 4:30 p.m. at Straub Park, Beach Drive and Fifth Avenue NE, St. Petersburg. SEASON FINALE The Amazing Race, 8 p.m., CBS: Forget New York City; this show should end somewhere challenging. Which team wants to take that two-year, one-way trip to Mars?

The Simpsons, 8 p.m., Fox: Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein from Portlandia drop in as new neighbors from Portland, Ore. But they're only doing it ironically.
