Chamberlain receiver DJ Daniels ended his recruitment process Thursday by committing to Virginia.

Daniels, a 6-foot, 180-pound senior, picked the Cavaliers over offers from five other schools – Buffalo, Georgia, New Mexico, Purdue and USF.

Last season, Daniels led the Chiefs with 407 yards receiving, which accounted for nearly half of Chamberlain’s passing yards for the year (898). Better still, Daniels remained productive despite the Chiefs’ using three quarterbacks. He also tallied 76 tackles, second-most on the team.

Virginia was 5-7 last season and finished seventh in the Coastal Division of the ACC.
