The Palma Ceia United Methodist Women will hold its annual scholarship luncheon in Fellowship Hall, 3723 W Bay to Bay Blvd., Tampa, on April 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will feature a fashion show sponsored by LaFrance Dejavu Garmenture, a historical presentation by the Tampa History Museum, and items by local artists for purchase. Tickets are $15. Proceeds benefit scholarships for seminary students in the United Methodist Florida Conference. Tickets may be purchased in the church office until April 23.
