    Bebe Stores, a women's clothing chain, is the latest casualty in a spate of retail store closures. In a Securities Exchange Commission filing dated Tuesday, Bebe said by the end of May it will close all of its locations, including three in Tampa Bay.

    Tampa Bay's job market is flexing a little muscle after a moribund couple of months.

    The Tampa Bay metro area's jobless rate in March fell to 4.1 percent from 4.5 percent a year ago, but people are still looking for jobs, and better jobs. A recent job fair hosted by CareerSource Tampa Bay and CareerSource Pinellas still attracted job seekers who were unemployed for less than a month or already had jobs. He bought the 1912 Arts and Crafts home in 1995, restored it and had his business for many years.  Bed and breakfasts around St. Pete are closing down because of competition from AirBnB. Dickens House is closing as soon as the house sells.
