When the South Tampa Buffalo Wild Wings opens in June, it will feature the new layout which has been unveiled in other markets and includes an open feel with a big horseshoe shaped bar.

"It's the buzz you get when you walk that makes us stand out," said managing partner Sarah Darga. "What also sets us apart is the atmosphere that our staff puts forth."

Darga has been with Diversified Restaurant Holdings for 16 years. This will be her second opening as managing partner and 11th total.

"You can get wings at many places, but we have 22 signature sauces and five dry rubs which is different," Darga said.

Not only will the new restaurant bring wings to South Tampa, but jobs as well.

"We'll probably hire 165 people from the area," Darga said.

Buffalo Wild Wings will open at 11 a.m. on June 12 at 4015 S Dale Mabry Highway, across from Britton Plaza in the Shoppes of South Dale. The first 100 people in the door will get free wings for one year.
