BREWERY TO HOST FIRST ANNIVERSARY PARTY: Terry and Robert Hilferding, owners of the Zephyrhills Brewing Company, 38530 5th Ave., Zephyrhills, will mark their business' first anniversary with a party from noon to 11 p.m. Dec. 9. The event will include food trucks, live entertainment, hourly drawings for door prizes, and special beers and non-alcoholic sodas made on premises for the event. COMMON GROUNDS PITCH SERIES: Pasco Economic Development Council will offer a Common Grounds Pitch presentation series one Wednesday each month from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at SMARTstart Dade City Entrepreneur Center, 37837 Meridian Ave., Suite 309, Dade City. The next event is Jan. 10, 2018. Coffee and networking start at 8:30 a.m., pitch presentations begin at 9 a.m.

Each month two individuals will present a five-minute pitch and introduce their business ideas to the local entrepreneurial community. CO.STARTERS: The Pasco Economic Development Council will sponsor the next session of Co.Starters, a national program that helps entrepreneurs turn an idea into a new business in nine weeks, beginning Jan. 16, 2018 and running through March 13.
