Family-owned gallery relocating from Beach Drive to Hyde Park Village

TAMPA — Shapiro's, a gallery of fine American Craft, is relocating to Hyde Park Village this fall. The store, located at 1619 West Snow Circle, is next to Fig and Julep eliminating the location on South MacDill.

The family-owned operation features blown glass, pottery, jewelry, yard art and other handmade products. Shoppers can also visit the location on Beach Drive in St. Petersburg.

"This is a great market for us, and we are elated with our new location - a pedestrian friendly area to stroll, shop and dine with plenty of free parking," owner Mike Shapiro said.

Shapiro's is one of many new spots in the Village including Better Byrd, Boho Hunter and Social Status.
