Serenity Meadows tribute: Honor fallen veterans at 8:30 a.m. at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview. There will be music, a flag ceremony and guest speakers. For more information, call (813) 677-9494.

Memorial Park Tribute: Veterans Memorial Park presents its 48th annual Veterans Day Tribute at 11 a.m. at the park, 4602 N U.S. 301. The keynote speaker is Col. Scott DeThomas, commander, 6th Air Mobility Wing, MacDill Air Force Base. For more information, call (813) 744-5502.

Temple Terrace celebration: The city's Veterans Day celebration takes place during the Temple Terrace Community Arts Festival at 1 p.m. at Riverhills Park. Council member Mary Jane Neale will be the guest speaker. The King High Naval Junior ROTC will present the colors, and Cheri Tysver will sing. For more information, call (813) 506-6600.

MONDAY

Haley salutes veterans: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital will hold a Veterans Day Parade at 10 a.m. in front of the Fisher House. The event will include an antique car show in Diamond Lot, and a cookout will follow.

Veterans Day at Novemberfest: Celebrate Veterans Day during a special ceremony at noon at Nativity Catholic Church, 705 E Brandon Blvd. A NovemberQue Cookoff benefiting the Special Operations Warrior Foundation will follow. For information, call (813) 681-4608.
