TAMPA — Police were searching Tuesday night for a suspect who shot and wounded a woman north of Robles Park.

At 7:53 p.m., a man shot the woman at 417 Hernandez Court. The woman was grazed by the bullet and went to a hospital, where her condition was described as stable.

Police checked an apartment someone thought they saw the suspect enter, but he was not there.

Other details were not available late Tuesday.
