Scholarships available through
the Times Fund
- Career Journalism Scholarships — Targeted toward high school seniors in the Times' circulation area who have a demonstrated interest in pursuing a journalism major in college and career after graduation. It is worth $2,500 per year and may be renewed annually. Application deadline: January 5. For other questions, contact Nancy Waclawek, director of the St. Petersburg Times Fund, Inc.
- Intern Scholarships — ONLY students who are HIRED as interns at the Times or Congressional Quarterly are eligible to apply for these awards. The scholarship is offered as part of the Summer Internship program offered through the Times. - Peterman Scholarship.
