1Nacho: Venezuelan singer Nacho is performing at the Hispanic Heritage Festival in Clearwater on Sunday, but he's also playing a free show at the Ritz Ybor on Oct. 18 courtesy of Pandora. 2Capitol Cult Film Series With Dr. Strangelove: Hurricane Irma postponed this free showing of the cult classic at the Capitol Theatre, so Friday brings a cheap date night. See an insane general (Peter Sellers) trigger a path to nuclear holocaust that a war room full of politicians and generals frantically try to stop. Snacks and refreshments will be for sale. 3Lightning Anniversary Celebration: Saturday's game will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the team by inviting players from the 1992-93 Tampa Bay Lightning. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, meet them at a free celebration at the Florida State Fairgrounds Expo Hall. The event includes games for kids, giveaways and autograph sessions. 4802 U.S. 301 N, Tampa. 5Box Car Rally: It's free to watch drivers in their homemade and custom-built box cars race off the ramp and downhill into the Clearwater Cleveland Street district. There will be bounce houses, games, food trucks, balloons and face. Proceeds benefit local schools thorough the Achieva Foundation. 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at Cleveland Street and Osceola Avenue in downtown Clearwater.
