Top things to do in Tampa Bay for the week of March 21-27

Tampa Pride Parade: The annual parade and festival happens Saturday in Ybor City, led by grand marshals Russell Rhodes, Lorraine Langlois and celebrity grand marshal Mike Ruiz, a fashion photographer and guest judge on RuPaul's Drag Race. The pet-friendly parade kicks off at 1 p.m. from Nuccio Boulevard and travels down Seventh Avenue to 20th Street. tampapride.org.

Easter events: Friday through Sunday in Tampa's Florida Aquarium Easter Fun, you can watch the scuba-diving Easter bunny plunge into the aquarium's Schooling Fish exhibit, and kids can follow clues to find eggs in a scavenger hunt and take photos with the Easter bunny. Included with admission. $18.95-$23.95, 2 and younger free. flaquarium.org.

Date night

Comedy: Celebrate with comedy legend Don Rickles on Wednesday at his 90th Birthday Celebration at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, where he will host a Q&A with Regis Philbin ($50.25-$103.75). Drew Lynch, the comic who riffs on developing a stutter after an accident, returns to Side Splitters from Thursday through Saturday ($20). Blue Collar Comedy tour fan favorite Bill Engvall takes Ruth Eckerd Hall on Saturday ($50.50-$63.40), the same night that veteran comic and former Curb Your Enthusiasm cast member JB Smoove comes to St. Petersburg's Palladium Theater ($39-$49).

Music: Midtown Men reunites four stars from the original Broadway cast of Jersey Boys for a concert experience at Sarasota's Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall on Friday ($15-$65). Downtown Clearwater's Blast Friday features a free concert by Atlanta Rhythm Section. Saturday, Chicago and Earth, Wind and Fire team up on their Heart and Soul Tour at MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre at the Florida State Fairgrounds ($18.95-$118). Also Saturday, R.E.M. band members Peter Buck and Mike Mills bring their rock tribute to baseball's colorful characters and stories, The Baseball Project, to Crowbar in Ybor City ($15-$18). Third Eye Blind performs at the Busch Gardens Food and Wine Festival in Tampa on Sunday ($92-$97).

Spring Beer Jam: Get hoppy at the Dunedin Brewery from Thursday through Sunday for unique beers and music by the Heavy Pets, Ultraviolet Hippopotamus, Count Bass D, Uncle John's Band, Alycat, Dubble James, Fat Mannequin and DJ 45Revolver. No cover.

Kids and family

Thursday, Kids' Kite Day celebrates spring break at ROC Park in Madeira Beach, with festivities including kite flying and decorating, and free kites to the first 300 kids. Free.
